Oklahoma forward Romero Osby scored a game high 17 points and grabbed eight rebounds as Oklahoma upset fifth-ranked Kansas 72-66, handing the Jayhawks their third-straight loss.

Oklahoma (15-7, 6-4 Big 12) snapped its 10-game losing streak to the Jayhawks.

Kansas (19-4, 7-3 Big 12) had won 18 in a row before losing its last three. The last time Kansas lost three straight was February 2005.

Still, Kansas head coach Bill Self wasn’t nearly as upset as he was after losing to TCU last Wednesday.

“I’m not leaving out of here disquested with my team at all,” Self said when comparing the loss to the Jayhawks’ loss to TCU.” We actually played better today. We played a good team today and they shot the heck out of the basketball.”

Freshman guard Ben McLemore led Kansas with 15 points.
