Fire on ISU Campus Was Intentionally Set

(POCATELLO, ID) — Pocatello Police say a recent fire on the Idaho State University campus was intentionally set. The fire started in a men’s restroom in the Pond Student Union Building at around 9:30 p.m. A single person or a group of individuals stuffed seat protectors into toilets and lit them on fire. Crews were able to evacuate the building and put out the flames. Officials say there was a great amount of smoke damage to the ceiling and minor wall damage.
