(POCATELLO, ID)  —  The Pocatello City Council could make a grassy area along North Main off limits to the general public. The area, labeled the “People’s Park” by a local environmentalist who calls himself “Idaho Lorax,” has been the subject of heated debates at several meetings over the past year. City officials could post “no trespassing” signs at the site, because Lorax’s activities could make the city potentially liable for any wrongdoing on the property.
