Rocky Mountain Power Could Open New Rate Case

(IDAHO FALLS, ID) — Rocky Mountain Power has notified the state that it may open a new rate case. Notification rules restrict the utility from filing a new case before May 31. Any new rates that come from discussions would not go into effect until Jan. 1, 2014. Parties interested in participating in a settlement have until March 26 to apply. Groups involved in the settlement include Monsanto, PacifiCorp, and the Idaho Irrigation Pumpers Association.
