Fugitive Arrested in Pocatello

(POCATELLO, ID) – U.S. Marshals arrested a fugitive in Pocatello Friday afternoon. Jose Angel Lucio, a known gang member from Ogden, was seen leaving an apartment complex and driving to a nearby restaurant. Lucio crashed his vehicle head on into a police car while attempting to flee. No injuries were reported. Officers say there was a rifle in Lucio’s car, though he made no attempt to use it. Officials say Lucio had warrants out of Utah and Bingham County.
