I.F. Man Facing Lewd Conduct Charge

(IDAHO FALLS, ID) — An Idaho Falls man has been arrested on lewd conduct charges. Investigators say 21-year-old Marc Hayes befriended a 12-year-old girl through Facebook, and was allegedly involved in an inappropriate relationship with the girl. After Hayes’ friends read text messages between the pair, they became suspicious and contacted the police. Hayes was arrested Saturday and was booked into the Bonneville County Jail on a $60,000 bond.
