In addition to the WeTV show, they also appear together on E!’s Fashion Police, and the two have recently created a new Internet talk show based around — what else — Joan’s off-the-cuff comedy, called In Bed with Joan.

“I like it probably better than she does because I’m living in her house,” the 79-year-old comedian quipped when asked by ABC News Radio if she enjoys working with her daughter. Rivers adds, “I know she’s thrilled…because I go home every weekend back to New York. And I think she is very, very happy when that door closes very quickly on my a**.”

Fans agree that the two living together provides the perfect TV comedy, mostly at Melissa’s expense. The reality show once featured Joan walking in on Melissa when she was in a compromising position with a guy. Could the tables turn? Is Joan interested in dating again? The 79-year-old Rivers declares, “I will date again and probably remarry when I become pregnant.”

Rivers says her new Internet project, In Bed with Joan, is keeping her busy instead, and has turned into an “amazing show.”

“Every comedian is coming and jumping into bed with me and just laughing and talking because we figure no on watches it,” Rivers adds. The show is full of laughs and can’t-believe-she-said-that moments. “That’s what people expect of you,” says Rivers. “That’s what they want from you and that’s what they deserve to get from you.”

And Rivers says her 12-year-old grandson, Cooper, is now old enough to get the humor. Rivers tells ABC News Radio, “You know, when you can sit down at a table and you do a joke and he gets it, and gives it back. And that is heaven; that we’re all laughing together about things.”

Watch the season three finale of Joan & Melissa: Joan Knows Best? on Saturday at 9 p.m. Eastern time.
