The 1964 Chevy was stolen during filming of Pulp Fiction and was recovered last week in the Oakland area after a San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Deputy came across two men stripping an old model Chevrolet.  Further investigation revealed the car had a cloned Vehicle Identification Number and was in fact Tarantino’s stolen Malibu. Authorities say the man in possession of Tarantino’s Malibu is not believed to be involved in the theft, and is a victim of fraud.

It’s unclear if the vehicle has been returned to Tarantino.
