Charlie Sheen, Denise Richards in Court over Custody of His Twins

Jeff Kravitz/FilmMagic(LOS ANGELES) — Following a hearing on Tuesday, Denise Richards will continue to watch over the twin sons her ex-husband, Charlie Sheen, shares with another one of his former wives, Brooke Mueller.
Sheen’s 4-year-old boys, Max and Bob, were removed from the custody of Mueller and placed with Richards last week. Mueller, who’s struggled with addiction issues in the past, is currently seeking treatment for prescription drug abuse.
TMZ.com reports that a Los Angeles judge on Tuesday decided to have Richards continue to care for the children. The website also notes that the judge reviewed a “shocking report about conditions” in Mueller’s home. TMZ doesn’t elaborate on the nature of the “conditions.”
Sheen and Richards appeared in court for Tuesday’s hearing.
Sheen and Mueller divorced in 2011. Sheen has two daughters with Richards, his second ex-wife; their marriage ended in 2006.
