(MOSCOW, ID) – Former University of Idaho football coach Robb Akey has filed a lawsuit against the school and the state Board of Education. Akey was fired in last October with the Vandals winning only one out of eight games on the season. Akey was 20-50 in five plus seasons as head coach. Akey’s contract was slated through 2014, with an annual salary of nearly $355,000. University officials have declined to comment on the suit
