TMZ earlier reported that the minor accident was being investigated as a hit-and-run, following allegations that Chris allegedly broke the law — and possibly violated his probation — after supposedly ditching the scene of the collision prematurely.

However, a rep for Brown says, “This wasn’t a hit + run. Chris pulled over and gave the other driver his correct info. Chris’ lawyer Mark Garagos also called her (the driver) w/in the hour to make sure she had all of the right info but she hung up on him. Not sure what her motives are as she then went into the LAPD to say he wouldn’t tell her who he was, etc. Bizarre.”

Supposedly, Los Angeles police wanted to speak with Chris, but TMZ reports that the singer hasn’t been contacted.

On Sunday, Chris and his on-again, off-again girlfriend Karrueche Tran were spotted partying at the Palms Pool & Bungalows at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, according to E!
