Idaho Falls Man Arrested After Water Rescue

(IDAHO FALLS, ID)  —  Bonneville County Deputies, and the Idaho Falls Fire Department were dispatched to 405 River Parkway for a man who had jumped into the river and was struggling. Twenty-year old Michael Condor of Idaho Falls was thrown a rescue rope at the grates of the Idaho Falls Power Plant as he was tumbling in the drift wood.  He was assisted in getting out of the river. While talking with deputies, Conder took a swing at one of the officers. He was placed in handcuffs and transported to the hospital.  He was arrested for misdemeanor assault on an officer and Felony Probation violation.
