NBC Announces Fall Premiere Dates

Hemera/Thinkstock(NEW YORK) — Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green will make their official return to The Voice on Monday, Sept. 23.

NBC has announced that the fifth season of The Voice, with Aguilera, Green, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton as coaches, will begin on that date.  Usher and Shakira filled in for Aguilera and Green this past season.

The fall season premieres of most of NBC’s programs are scheduled for the weeks of Sept. 23 and Sept. 30.

Of note: The Michael J. Fox Show debuts on Sept. 26; NBC’s Ironside remake bows on Oct. 2; and the comedies Welcome To The Family and Sean Saves The World — the latter starring Sean Hayes — will kick off their first season on Oct. 3.
