(IDAHO FALLS, ID)  —  A twin-engine plane crashed shortly after take-off from the Idaho Falls Regional Airport Saturday afternoon.  A spokesman for the Idaho Falls Police department said the Piper Comanche could have been experiencing  mechanical difficulties as the pilot appeared to be circling back toward the airport when the plane went down.   There were three people on board the plane, all three were found in the wreckage.   A 13-year old boy survived the crash.  He was taken to EIRMC where he is listed in stable condition.   The other two passengers, 64-year old Mark J. Schell of Idaho Falls, and 43-year old Brian Hymas of Rexburg both died in the crash.    The National Transportation Safety Board will be investigating the crash.
