Ammon Man Charged With Stalking

(IDAHO FALLS, ID) – An Ammon man is facing felony stalking charges after he violated protection orders several times. Authorities say 37-year-old Joshua Howes allegedly stalked a 34-year-old Idaho Falls woman who had a restraining order against him. The alleged confrontations occurred numerous times in May, June, and July. After a warrant was issued, Howes turned himself in at the Bonneville County Jail on Tuesday. He remains held on a $20,000 bond.
