Forty-eight-year-old Alex Hausner of Queens, N.Y., was charged with menacing, stalking, aggravated harassment, and harassment. He was ordered not to engage in any further contact with Cooper.

The criminal complaint alleges Hausner made numerous phone calls to Cooper and his live-in boyfriend Benjamin Maisani and tried to gain entry to their West Village home at least four times over a six-month period beginning last January.

According to the complaint, he was caught on security camera in June banging his foot on the door of Cooper’s home a number of times and yelling, “I swear to f***ing god don’t insult me, I’m going to f*** you up.”

Hausner also allegedly made a threatening call to security at the CNN news offices earlier this month, saying, “I heard you want to f***ing talk to me, the f***ing worst is coming.”
