OJ Simpson Paroled, but Not Free Anytime Soon

Jeff Scheid – Pool/Getty Images(CARSON CITY, Nev.) — Former NFL star OJ Simpson was granted parole on Wednesday, but he won’t be leaving prison anytime soon.
Simpson’s good behavior in jail earned him parole for some of the charges on the 2008 kidnapping and armed robbery case.
Simpson still has to serve about four more years for other charges as he waits to see if he’ll get a new trial.
