Plane Tips at Pocatello Airport

(POCATELLO, ID) – A small plane was involved in an accident at the Pocatello Airport Thursday, shortly after noon. Investigators say the single-engine Cessna-185 tipped over on its left side as the pilot landed. Fuel was leaking from the damaged wing, but crews were able to respond to the scene quick enough that the plane did not catch fire. Both individuals in the plane at the time of the accident were unhurt. Officials from the National Transportation Safety Board are investigating.
