Sugar-Salem Schools Launching Tech Pilot Program

(SUGAR CITY, ID) – Sugar-Salem High School students will be getting new laptop computers soon. The school was awarded a check for more than $454,000 as part of the Idaho Technology Pilot Program. Eleven Idaho schools will be involved in the program, which officials believe will provide an equal access educational opportunity for students and teachers and completely revamp the way students learn. If successful, the program may be duplicated in other schools across the Gem State.
