(BLACKFOOT, ID) – Bingham Memorial Hospital CEO Louis Kraml has been sentenced for a misdemeanor charge of stalking.  Kraml entered an Alford plea in court on Friday, and will serve 100 hours community service, a year of probation, and pay a $1,000 fine. Kraml was originally charged with felony wiretapping, but that was later reduced. Kraml and two others recorded the phone calls of Dr. Robert Rosin and other staff members over a 14 month period. Kraml said he’d rather accept a plea deal now than face a guilty sentence from a jury trial.
