CLE JAMISON ANTAWN? SQUARESPACE CACHEVERSION=1377698277343NBA via Cleveland Cavaliers(NEW YORK) — The Los Angeles Clippers just keep on adding quality depth to their roster, and they have agreed on a one-year deal with forward Antawn Jamison.

“I’m just happy to be a Clipper and contend for a championship,” Jamison told ESPNLosAngeles.com.

Fortunately for Jamison, he won’t have to change area codes. In fact, he won’t even need to change arenas. The 37-year old Veteran spent last season with the Los Angeles Lakers.

While he may no longer be the premier scoring threat he once was, he will become another solid bench player for the Clippers, who have been very active this offseason.

Even though he dealt with torn ligaments in his wrist, he played through the injury for most of the second-half of the season. He expects to be 100 percent by the season opener.

The Clippers have added Doc Rivers as their head coach, Jared Dudley, J.J. Reddick, and Darren Collison.

Last season, Jamison averaged 9.4 points and 4.8 rebounds per game.
