Four Killed in Helicopter Crash off Scottish Coast

According to CNN, 14 out of the 18 people on board were rescued.
The Superpuma helicopter was a twin-engine copter often used to carry passengers.
According to CNN, most of the passengers work on the Borstein Dolphin oil and rig platform.
Authorities have not yet determined the cause of the crash.
