Man Hits Ex-Wife’s SUV

(IDAHO FALLS, ID) – An Idaho Falls man was arrested early Thursday after he deliberately rammed his car into another vehicle. Police say Juan Garduno-Diaz was arrested shortly before 3 a.m. following an accident at the intersection of Fremont Ave. and U.S. Highway 20. Garduno-Diaz hit an SUV driven by his estranged wife, who had a no-contact order against him. She was taken by ambulance to EIRMC with undisclosed injuries. Garduno-Diaz has been charged with felony aggravated battery. He remains in the Bonneville County Jail on a $20,000 bond.
