ESPN was shown two cell phone videos by the broker in which Manziel is autographing white Texas A&M helmets and footballs laid out on a bed in a hotel room in New Haven, Conn. Manziel is not shown on the video accepting money.

The broker explained to ESPN that he recorded Manziel signing the memorabilia to be used as proof with an authenticating company.

The NCAA is currently investigating allegations that the reigning Heisman Trophy winner accepted payment for autograph signings.
