“Seaweed!” she told ABC News with a laugh. “I know that’s a weird thing to be craving. It’s really bizarre. And yeah, salty and sweet, which is usual. And bagels — carbs, I would say.”

The former Punky Brewster star, 37, revealed last week that she’s expecting her third child with her producer husband Jason Goldberg. The couple already has two daughters, Poet Sienna Rose, 7, and Jagger Joseph Blue, 5.

“It’s so funny: They’re like, ‘If it’s a girl we’re gonna dress her up and if it’s a boy, we’re gonna dress him up and paint his nails!’ They’re just so excited,” she said. “They’re touching my belly. They’re so into it! It’s so cute.”

The host of OWN’s Home Made Simple said that she had been consumed with the idea of another child and can’t wait to meet her new addition in February.

“I have these two incredible girls and I’m like, ‘I just want to grow this family! Girl, boy whatever it is, I just want to grow this family,'” she said. “I’m just beyond thrilled.”

She’s also busy. Frye, whose second book, Let’s Get This Party Started, comes out in October, also just launched an app, Moonfrye, geared toward parents and kids.

“I can’t stop, I’m so addicted,” she said, adding that she and her daughters use it together. “If you’re playing with the circus theme, a menu will pop up where you can learn how to do a circus-themed craft [in real-life], and I love that!”

Her “super creative” daughters have also weighed in on how to improve the app.

“They’re coming up with ideas constantly and I listen to them,” she said.

Their creativity doesn’t stop there. Frye, who doesn’t know the baby’s gender yet (but will find out for the benefit of her curious daughters), said that they’re already making lists of names.

“Half of them are from fairytales. It’s hysterical!” she said.

“I was just so so so excited,” she continued. “Beyond excited: over the moon!”
