Arrest warrants have been issued for Derrick Duane Manson, 41, Aaron Ray Martin, 40, and Sara Rose Lindstrom, 30.

Over the course of this month, thefts have taken place at three wedding parties in Minnesota, one in Brooklyn Park, one in Ham Lake, and one at a third Minnesota location not identified. At all of these weddings, the thieves dressed as guests and stole gift boxes filled with cash, leaving the newlyweds astounded and heartbroken on a day that should have been blissful.

“I am definitely relieved. I think that would be my main feeling right now,” said Jillian Goembels, whose wedding day was disrupted by the theft of her gift cards. “I  feel like they actually might be able to be held accountable, and we would be able to put closure on this.”

Manson is viewed as a suspect in both the Brooklyn Park case and the Ham Lake case.

“It’s sad that someone would choose to victimize people during the happiest day of their lives. I am glad that justice is being delivered for the newlyweds,” Anoka County Sheriff James Stuart said in a statement.
