Louisville quarterback Teddy Bridgewater continues to be one of the nation’s best signal callers as he completed 17 of 22 passes for 212 yards. He also tossed four touchdowns.

Through four games, Bridgewater has thrown 14 touchdowns and just one interception.

Junior running back Dominique Brown also added 78 rushing yards as well as a touchdown on just three carries.

As impressive as the Cardinals’ offense was, you could argue the story of the game was the dominant performance put on by Louisville’s defense.

Florida International was able to gain just 30 total yards on Louisville’s defense, setting a school record.

The Panthers had just two first downs the entire game, even though they won the time of possession. They were also just 1-13 on third down conversions.

Louisville entered the game as 42 point favorites. They are now 4-0 on the season while Florida International dropped to 0-4.
