Adelman Will Coach Timberwolves in 2013-14

Bruce Bennett/Getty Images(NEW YORK) — Rick Adelman will return to coach the Minnesota Timberwolves during the 2013-14 NBA season. Timberolves owner Glen Taylor confirmed the information to the Minneapolis Star Tribune.
It wasn’t clear if Adelman would return to the team after his wife Mary Kay Adelman’s health issues caused him to miss three weeks in the middle of last season.
Adelman said his wife had been suffering from seizures but that the doctors didn’t know what was causing them.
Adelman, whose contract with Minnesota takes him through the 2014-15 season, has coached 22 NBA seasons, and has led teams to the NBA Finals twice.
