(BOISE, ID) – Idaho First Lady Lori Otter will have to undergo surgery after dislocating her shoulder at a rodeo last month. A spokesman for the governor’s office says Otter was calf roping during an Oregon Rodeo on the couple’s anniversary when the accident happened. Last week Gov. Butch Otter recounted the story to state business leaders, noting that the doctor had to put his foot in the first lady’s armpit and pulled on her arm in order to put her shoulder back in place. The governor says its unlikely that he could’ve gotten away with doing that himself.
