Man Arrested After Scaling Fence at Buckingham Palace

Marco Simoni/Getty Images(LONDON) — London police arrested two men over a suspected break-in at Buckingham Palace on Monday night.
One of the men apparently scaled a fence in a rare breach of royal security. The man was found in an area that is open to the public during the day. A second man was arrested outside the palace on suspicion of conspiracy to commit burglary, the BBC reports.
An investigation into the incident is currently ongoing.
BBC News reports that no members of the royal family were present at Buckingham Palace at the time of the break-in.
