Sahagian was arrested and pleaded not guilty to three charges, which includes throwing stones or missiles, disorderly conduct, and fireworks discharge. The case was diverted and Sahagian will likely receive mandatory classes or community service.

The incident, which caused the White House to go into lockdown for a half-hour, came in the aftermath of the Navy Yard shooting in which 12 people were killed by Navy reservist Aaron Alexis.
