Jared Wickerham/Getty Images(NEW YORK) —  After being released by the New England Patriots last week, Tim Tebow is still looking for a job.  Once he does find one, he still wants to compete for a starting quarterback job.

Sports Illustrated’s Peter King is reporting that Tebow is refusing to change positions after at least one NFL team showed an interest in him.

The report also says that Tebow turned down an offer to play in in the Canadian Football League.

After struggling throughout the preseason with the Patriots, Tebow has said he will be in “relentless pursuit” of continuing his dream of being an NFL quarterback.

After winning a playoff game as a member of the Denver Broncos in 2011, Tebow has struggled to find a role with both the Patriots and the New York Jets.
