The Buckeyes (7-0, 3-0 Big 10) have now won 19 consecutive games, the most in the nation and tying the second-best streak in school history.

Braxton Miller threw for 222 yards and two scores, helping the Ohio State remain undefeated since Urban Meyer took over as head coach.

“I’ve learned a lesson in my life. I’m going to enjoy this win,” Meyer said. “I feel outstanding. I’m going to go hug my players and hug my family and go to work tomorrow. But, tonight? I’m not worried about any (problems on) defense. I’m going to enjoy this win.”

Iowa (4-3, 1-2) dominated the game early, jumping out to a 17-10 halftime lead.  Ohio State took control in the second half and never looked back.

“You don’t get a prize for playing a good first half,” Iowa coach Kirk Ferentz said. “You have to play a full 60 minutes.”
