He hasn’t played in an NBA game since Feb. 20, 2010.

The Sixers selected Iverson out of Georgetown with the first overall pick in the 1996 NBA Draft. He led Philadelphia to the NBA Finals in 2001, where they lost in five games to the Los Angeles Lakers.

In December of 2006, the Sixers dealt the 11-time All-Star to the Denver Nuggets. He would later go on to play with the Detroit Pistons and Memphis Grizzlies before finishing his career with Philadelphia.

Iverson retires with 24,368 career points.
