Kelly Clarkson, Brandon Blackstock Get Marriage License

The document, obtained on Oct. 15, gives the couple 30 days to tie the knot, according to E! Online.
Blackstock, who has two children from a previous relationship, proposed to the Grammy winner in Dec. 2012. He is the son of Clarkson’s manager Narvel Blackstock, who is married to country singer Reba McEntire.
