Medical Helicopter Crashes in Tennessee, Three Dead

iStock/Thinkstock(FAYETTE COUNTY, Tenn.) — Three people were killed Tuesday when the medical helicopter they were traveling in crashed in western Tennessee.
The crash happened along Highway 64 near Somerville.
A nurse and a respiratory therapist died in the crash, along with the helicopter’s pilot, according to The Commercial Appeal.
The cause of the crash was not immediately known.
