giseleofficial/Instagram(NEW YORK) — With the help of 10-month-old daughter Vivian, model Gisele Bündchen is proving you’re never too young to meditate.
Bündchen, 33, shared an Instagram photo of herself alongside baby Vivian in a moment of meditation. Mom and daughter shared identical poses, sitting cross-legged on a foam numbers play mat with a panoramic view of a Brazilian cityscape.
“Good morning! Getting ready for work. #quickmeditation #grateful,” she wrote in the photo’s caption in both English and Portuguese.
This isn’t the first time the Brazilian beauty has enjoyed her daughter’s company during a workout. In August, Bündchen posted a snapshot of herself in a yoga pose beside a lake while balancing Vivian on her lap. And in June, Vivian was right by her mother’s side in yet another photo of the supermodel doing a yoga routine.
Bündchen is married to 36-year-old football star Tom Brady. Along with Vivian, the couple has a 3-year-old son, Benjamin.
