Report: Tyra Banks Sues Wig Companies for Stealing Her Name, Image

Jason LaVeris/FilmMagic(LOS ANGELES) — Tyra Banks has filed a $10 million lawsuit against 10 wig companies, claiming they have used her “name, photograph, image and identity,” as well as her trademarks, without her permission, TMZ has learned.
In legal documents obtained by the gossip website, the 39-year-old former supermodel and America’s Next Top Model judge claims her trademark is valuable because she’s a big star and she backs that claim up by including her 11-page IMDB profile as Exhibit A.
In addition to monetary damages, Banks is also seeking an injunction to stop the sale of the wigs.
