Saints Prepare for Bears
Published at(NEW YORK) — The New Orleans Saints will travel to Chicago to take on the Bears on Sunday. The Saints sit at 4-0 and look poised to make a run at another Super Bowl title.
The only problem is that they are 0-3 in Chicago (3-1), and are looking to rebound from their first loss of the season last Sunday.
“We need our best there is no doubt about it,” Saints quarterback Drew Brees said. “History has not treated us well in Soldier Field.”
Brees threw for 413 yards and four touchdowns against the Dolphins on Monday night.
“We try to focus each week at the task at hand,” Saints head coach Sean Payton said.
Bears quarterback Jay Cutler threw three interceptions in the loss on Sunday, but head coach Marc Trestman has faith in him.
“I don’t think what happened (last Sunday) means that it has to happen next week or the week after,” Trestman said. “It could, but we’re working to prevent those situations from happening. We got guys committed to do that.”
