The 29-year-old starting pitcher has agreed to a two-year contract with the Giants that will keep him with the team through the 2015 season.

The deal is reportedly worth $35 million and includes a full no-trade clause. Lincecum will have to pass a physical for the deal to become official.

Lincecum went 10-14 with a 4.37 ERA and 193 strikeouts in 32 starts this season.  The two-time NL Cy Young Award winner helped the Giants capture the World Series trophy in 2010 and 2012. He pitched a no-hitter on July 13.

The Giants struggled to defend their title this season, finishing with a 76-86 record and missing the postseason.
