Voyeur Caught in Costco

(POCATELLO, ID) – An eastern Idaho man was recently arrested for allegedly taking a video recording of a young boy while he was using the bathroom at the Pocatello Costco.  Thirty-five-year-old James Blatter of Chubbuck was taken into custody after the September 30 incident. Investigators say Blatter used a camera disguised as a gold-colored pen to peak over a divider and record the boy. The child’s father immediately suspected that something was wrong and contacted managers, who then called the police. Blatter, who is out on $30,000 bail, will be back in court October 16.
