(IDAHO FALLS, ID) – An Idaho Falls man has pleaded guilty to a felony charge of involuntary manslaughter.  Thirty-four-year-old Christopher Fife was involved in a boating accident on the South Fork of the Snake River in August. Fife, who was drunk at the time, ran his boat aground at high speeds, which killed his passenger, 33-year-old Cara Tomita of Rigby. Bonneville County prosecutors say Fife could spend up to 10 years in prison. Sentencing has been scheduled for some time in January.
