The extent of her injuries was not immediately known, according to a statement by the U.S. Ski Team. Nor was it known whether she injured the same knee she blew out in February during the world championship in Schladming, Austria.

“Lindsey did crash in downhill training today at the U.S. Ski Team Speed Center in Copper Mountain [, Colo.] She is being evaluated,” team spokesman Tom Kelly said in an email to ABC News.

Vonn tore her left knee’s ACL and MCL ligaments in February’s crash. She has been training for next week’s Word Cup competition in Beaver Creek, Colo and the Winter Olympics in February.
