“I’m going to kill that f*****g guy,” Ford says. “I’ll fight him. I need 10 minutes to make sure he’s dead. Five minutes.”

Ford can be seen pacing back and forth and gesticulating wildly while yelling in the video, seemingly taken in somebody’s home. Other voices interrupt Ford occasionally, but no one else can be seen on camera.

It is unclear who Ford was talking about.

“No holds barred, brother. He dies, I die. Brother you’ve never seen me go. I’ll poke his eyes out,” Ford says.

“I just need 15 minutes that’s all, no f*****g interference.”

After the video was published online, Ford addressed reporters at city hall, telling them he was “very, very inebriated,” according to the Star.

“All I can say is, again, I’ve made mistakes. I just wanted to come out and tell you I saw a video. It’s extremely embarrassing. The whole world’s going to see it. You know what? I don’t have a problem with that,”  Ford said. “I hope none of you have ever or will ever be in that state. Obviously, I was extremely, extremely inebriated.”
