Bo Ryan Earns 300th Win as Wisconsin Vanquishes Virginia

Ronald Martinez/Getty Images(CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va.) — Wisconsin was held to 29 percent shooting from the field but Virginia was held to 24, as the No. 8 Badgers stymied the Cavaliers 48-38 Wednesday, earning Wisconsin head coach Bo Ryan his 300th career victory with the Badgers. Josh Gasser led the way for Wisconsin with 11 points as the Badgers (9-0) are off to their best start since the 1993-94 season.
Frank Kaminsky added nine points and 12 rebounds for Wisconsin, which snapped Virginia’s three game win streak at the Big Ten/ACC Challenge.
London Perrantes led Virginia (7-2) with eight points.
