Joe Southwick

(BOISE, ID) – Boise State starting quarterback Joe Southwick has been suspended following allegations that he urinated off a balcony in Hawaii. Southwick was sent home on Friday by interim head coach Bob Gregory, only days before the team was scheduled to play in the Sheraton Hawaii Bowl. Southwick, who denies the allegations, passed a polygraph test in Boise over the weekend in an effort to clear his reputation. The Broncos take on Oregon State at 6 p.m. today on ESPN.
