Odom’s attorney represented him in a Van Nuys, Calif., court Monday after his case was moved up so he could enter the plea, said Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office spokesman Frank Mateljan.

Mateljan also said Odom, 34, was ordered to pay $1,814 in fines and penalties.

The LA Clippers forward and husband to reality star Khloe Kardashian was arrested and charged with DUI in Los Angeles this summer, when he was stopped while driving his Mercedes SUV on U.S. Route 101 at 3:25 a.m., police said.

The police report on Aug. 30 stated he “showed objective signs of intoxications,” according to California Highway Patrol.

After he was unable to perform a field sobriety test, he was arrested and taken to a Van Nuys jail, where he was booked. There, he refused all chemical tests, police said.

Mateljan said a separate hearing to determine his driver’s license status would be set by the DMV.

Usually, when a person refuses to take chemical tests at the time of arrest, their license is suspended for one year, he noted.
