Mega Millions Jackpot at $425M for Friday the 13th Drawing

STAN HONDA/AFP/Getty Images(NEW YORK) — Will Friday the 13th turn out to be a lucky day for lottery players hoping to nab the Mega Millions jackpot?
After no one won the grand prize in Tuesday’s drawing, the jackpot has swelled to an estimated $425 million — the second largest jackpot in Mega Millions history. The largest was $656 million, which was won on March 30, 2012.
In order to win all the loot, a player must match all six numbers. The chances of doing that are about one in 259 million, Mega Millions says.
Friday’s drawing will be held at 11 p.m. ET.
