Woodley, who stars in the highly anticipated movie (based on the bestselling book by John Green) weighed in on the controversial poster tagline released earlier this month after fans expressed their outrage online. The tagline, “One Sick Love Story,” alluded to the cancer-stricken lead characters who fall for one another, but some fans found the line distasteful.

“I had a really strong response to it,” Woodley told Entertainment Weekly. “It’s definitely not a tagline that I probably would have chosen by any means. But I think that there’s so many people who are so passionate about this book that there’s nothing that will ever satisfy everyone.”
