Shelley Man Gets Prison for Lewd Conduct

(SHELLEY, ID) – A Shelley man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison on charges of lewd conduct with a minor under the age of 16. Kim Day was given a minimum five-year sentence at a Bingham County court hearing on Monday. Day committed the crimes six years ago, but his original conviction was successfully appealed and remanded back to a jury trial, which resulted in his second conviction this week.
